

Deep black in colour and with a texture of great character, this olive pâté tastes of Puglia, the authentic and genuine Puglia that everyone likes. Always useful and appreciated as an aperitif in full Apulian style, it lends itself well to being spread on Apulian friselline bread but also on homemade bread croutons. Good with mature cheeses and sliced meats, it lends itself very well to being used as a tapenade to season fresh Apulian pasta.
