Senatore Cappelli wheat small frisa bread

Small friselline with a diameter of about 3 to 4 centimetres, perfect for stuffing and enjoying without having to soak them in water. The Senatore Cappelli flour with which they are prepared gives the product fragrance and lightness, as well as a very high level of digestibility, due to the low presence of gluten. Good and versatile, they can be eaten on their own or with different types of filling.
