A strawberry jam made from delicious, ripe strawberries grown and picked specifically in Puglia. Its taste is intense and enveloping and is perfect for creating imaginative desserts or simply to be enjoyed in all its goodness on a slice of bread, if desired (but not necessarily) previously spread with a veil of butter, for a return to the flavours of the past.
