Black chickpeas (ready) in savory broth

Black chickpeas are a typical product of Salento, the southernmost tip of the Apulia region. It is a much appreciated legume, which can be enjoyed on its own or in soups. The variant presented here is ready to open and enjoy. They can be eaten as a side dish or included in cold or warm salads, rustic first courses and soups. A simple gesture, like opening a jar, to enjoy all the authenticity of Apulian flavours and obtain an excellent nutritional and protein contribution.
