Olive oil frisa bread

Delicious and irresistible, these friselline from Puglia smell of olive oil and Puglia. Fragrant and light, they can be enjoyed without soaking. On the contrary, they can be stuffed immediately as desired: with a pickle, a cherry tomato, a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. They are perfect as an aperitif, to be served instead of bread, or to be stuffed as you wish for a tasty and colourful buffet.
