Access

Who can buy on the portal?

Only businesses and professional operators with a VAT number. If you are a private customer, order on our retail shop shop.laterradipuglia.it.

How do I sign in?

With country, VAT number and email. We send a one-time code by email or SMS: you type it and enter. Wholesale prices are visible only when signed in.

How long does it take to activate access?

We verify your business and activate access immediately.

Orders and prices

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 400 € of goods, VAT excluded. Many products are sold by full carton: the quantity per pack is shown on the product page.

Do prices include VAT?

No: prices are wholesale and VAT excluded. VAT and any duties are applied on the invoice according to regulations.

Can I get samples?

For a first supply or to assess a product, write to b2b@laterradipuglia.it: we will consider samples together, based on the products and expected quantities.

Payment

How do I pay?

By advance bank transfer only. We prepare and ship the goods after payment is credited. The bank details are in the order confirmation.

Shipping

How do you ship?

Wholesale shipments travel on pallets. In Italy the cost is calculated by province, in Europe automatically; for non-EU, transport is on request.

How long does delivery take?

Usually within about 7 days of payment being credited. Times are indicative.

Is there a right of withdrawal?

No: between professional operators the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply. The statutory warranties for defects between businesses remain.
