How to order

Ordering wholesale is simple. There is no cart with instant payment: you prepare a quote request and we confirm it together. Here are the steps.

1. Sign in with your VAT number

Enter country, VAT number and email. You receive a one-time code by email or SMS and type it to enter. Once signed in you see the wholesale prices (VAT excluded), reserved for professional operators.

2. Build the quote

Browse the catalogue and add products, entering the quantities by carton. Many products are sold by full pack, for packaging reasons: the quantity per carton is shown on the product page. Remember the 400 € minimum order of goods.

3. Send the request

When the quote is ready, send the request. You can add notes, the delivery address and any specific needs.

4. We confirm everything

We check availability, calculate the pallet shipping cost and send you the final total. If anything changes (availability, format) we let you know first.

5. You pay by advance bank transfer

Payment is made by advance bank transfer only. The bank details are in the confirmation; please state the order number and company name in the reference.

6. We ship on pallets

Once payment is received we prepare the goods and ship them on pallets. Delivery normally takes place within about 7 days. In Italy the cost is calculated by province, in Europe automatically; for non-EU, transport is on request.
