1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We process the data needed to manage restricted access and quote requests. None of it falls within the special categories of Article 9 GDPR.

• Company data: company name, VAT number, country, registered and delivery address.
• Contact data: email and phone/mobile number.
• Access data: the one-time codes (OTP) sent by email or SMS to verify identity.
• Quote and order data: products, quantities, amounts, correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited (see the Cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing restricted access and verifying the VAT number — pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b).
• Handling quotes, orders, shipping and invoicing — performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b).
• Tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
• Portal security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Statistics and marketing — only with prior consent (Art. 6.1.a), given through the cookie banner.

4. How we use the data

The data lets you sign in to the reserved area, verify that you are a VAT-registered operator, prepare and confirm quotes, ship goods and issue invoices. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Retention

• Order and invoicing data: 10 years (tax obligation).
• Account and quote data: until the relationship ends and for as long as needed to defend a right.
• Statistical data: up to 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default).

6. Recipients

Data may be shared with: couriers and carriers for delivery; tax and legal advisors; IT service providers (hosting, email, SMS) appointed as data processors; public authorities where required by law. Some providers may be based outside the EU: transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw any consent given. Write to b2b@laterradipuglia.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
