Terms of sale

These terms govern the wholesale sale of Laterradipuglia Srl products through the b2b.laterradipuglia.it portal, reserved for professional operators holding a VAT number. Please read them carefully before sending a quote request.

1. Who can buy

The portal is reserved for businesses and professional operators with a VAT number (shops, delicatessens, restaurants, large retail, Italian and foreign resellers). Access is granted with country, VAT number and email, confirmed by a one-time code sent by email or SMS. Wholesale prices, VAT excluded, are visible only after signing in.

Private customers should use our retail shop shop.laterradipuglia.it; for corporate gifting see cesti.laterradipuglia.it.

2. Minimum order

The minimum amount per order is 400.00 € of goods, VAT excluded. Many products are sold by full carton, for packaging reasons: the quantity per pack is shown on each product page.

3. How to order

There is no cart with online payment. The customer builds a quote by entering the desired quantities and sends the request. Laterradipuglia Srl confirms availability, shipping costs and total; only after this confirmation does the customer proceed to payment. The contract is concluded upon acceptance by Laterradipuglia Srl.

4. Prices

Prices shown are wholesale and stated VAT excluded. VAT and any duties are applied on the invoice according to current regulations and the customer's tax status. Prices and availability may change without notice: the total shown in the quote confirmation prevails.

5. Payment

The only accepted method is advance bank transfer. Goods are prepared and shipped after the payment has actually been credited. The bank details are given in the order confirmation. Please state the order number and company name in the reference. Bank charges are borne by the customer.

6. Shipping and delivery

Wholesale shipments travel on pallets. Within Italy the cost is calculated by province of destination; within Europe the portal calculates shipping automatically; for non-EU destinations a transport quote is provided on request. Delivery normally takes place within about 7 days of payment being credited; times are indicative and not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee that several products ordered together will travel in a single shipment.

7. Checking on delivery

On receipt the customer must check that the pallet and parcels are intact. Any damage must be reported immediately by writing a reservation on the transport document (e.g. "packaging damaged"). Once the document is signed without reservation, claims for transport damage cannot be accepted. Discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 24 hours to b2b@laterradipuglia.it.

8. Warranties between businesses

As this is a sale between professional operators, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply. The statutory warranties for defects in the goods sold between businesses (Articles 1490 ff. of the Italian Civil Code) remain in force: defects must be reported within the legal time limits from discovery.

9. Force majeure

Laterradipuglia Srl is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to force majeure, strikes, weather events, unavailability of carriers or acts of third parties.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. The Court of Lecce has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
