Senatore Cappelli wheat tria pasta

A traditional Apulian pasta format whose origins date back to the time of Muslim domination. It is no coincidence that 'tria' derives from the Arabic 'Ytria', which indicates a long pasta similar to tagliatelle. Traditionally, tria is served with chickpeas, fresh tomato sauces or the delicious 'broccoli leccesi', also known as 'mugnuli'.
