Adamo, extra virgin olive oil lightly fruity

An extra virgin olive oil produced from olives picked from the tree when they are not fully ripe. The result is a product with very low acidity and an extraordinarily fruity flavour. Moreover, the milling with granite millstones combined with cold extraction allows the product to maintain a freshness, fragrance and flavour that bring the mind and palate back to the olive just picked. Excellent with legume soups, red meat, potatoes, but also on fish and vegetables.
