Grilled sweet and sour peppers in oil

One of the Italians' favourite foods, widely produced in Puglia where sunshine and good air allow the production of high quality vegetables, is the pepper. Cultivated with patience and love and ripened in the sun, this vegetable is also at its best when grilled. For this reason we have grilled the peppers one by one and potted them for you with the best extra virgin olive oil. Try them on their own as a tasty side dish or on pizzas, focaccia or added to rich, colourful and imaginative salads.
