Quince jam tarts


Pitteddhe are handmade shortcrust pastry baskets that are pinched with the fingers to turn them into small delicious cakes that can hold various traditional jams. The ones proposed here are filled with one of the most classic flavours of Apulian tradition, quince jam, also known as cotognata.
