Tarallini with fennel seeds is one of the most classic flavours of Apulian tradition. In fact, fennel seeds are often protagonists of Apulian gastronomy. We find them in the famous Apulian sausages at knife point, but also, why not, in these tarallini which, thanks to the presence of fennel, acquire a truly original and unique aroma.
